A delicious blend of sweet, savory, and smoky flavors. Thinly sliced pork is marinaated in a special blend of soy sauce, calamansi, garlic, and spices, then charcoal grilled to perfections. Each bite delivers a juicy, caramelized taste of the Philippines, perfect as an appetizer or with rice.



  • SPECIFICATIONS

    Three skewers per pack with three packs per bag. Each charcoal grilled meat packs have been thoroughly cooked and sealed for long shelf-life. Filipino Pork BBQ comes with separate dipping sauces.


  • HOW TO USE

    Thaw a single pack and dipping sauce overnight in the refrigerator. Re-heat by submerging meat pack in cold water and bring to a boil. Once boiling, shut heat off and let meat package remain in pot for 2 minutes. Remove from pot and let cool before removing contents. Once cool to the touch, cut plastic package and place meat on plate. Pair with rice or your choice of starch, side veggies, fried egg or any side of your choice. Place dipping sauce in small sauce dish.


    Alternatively, you may empty content in a small bowl and reheat in microwave covered for 3 minutes at 50% power level. Internal temperature should be 71 Celsius (160 Fahrenheit). Place dipping sauce in small sauce dish.
