Vietnamese Lemongrass Pork Chop, known in Vietnamese as "Sườn Nướng Sả," is a popular and highly aromatic dish renowned for its incredible balance of sweet, savory, and umami flavors, with the unmistakable citrusy and earthy notes of lemongrass. It's a staple in Vietnamese cuisine, often found in the classic Cơm Tấm (broken rice) dish.


  • SPECIFICATIONS

    Three individually packed precooked meats that have been marinated, charcoal grilled, and sealed for long shelf-life. Vietnamese Lemongrass Pork Chop will come with separate dipping sauces.

  • HOW TO USE

    Thaw a single pack and dipping sauce overnight in the refrigerator. Re-heat by submerging meat pack in cold water and bring to a boil. Once boiling, shut heat off and let meat package remain in pot for 2 minutes. Remove from pot and let cool before removing contents. Once cool to the touch, cut plastic package and place meat on plate. Pair with rice or your choice of starch, side veggies, fried egg or any side of your choice. Place dipping sauce in small sauce dish.


    Alternatively, you may empty content in a small bowl and reheat in microwave covered for 3 minutes at 50% power level. Internal temperature should be 71 Celsius (160 Fahrenheit). Place dipping sauce in small sauce dish.
